Welcome to the MSU Vision 2020 Smart Infrastructure Program.

The MSU Vision 2020 Smart Infrastructure program intends to incrementally improve the infrastructure of MSU Baroda Techo to be at par with the most advanced academic institutions in India and the world. MSU Vision 2020 governance team coordinates with the departmental heads in prioritizing and approving funding of critical infrastructure.

The type of Smart Infrastructure projects include upgrades of laboratories, software subscriptions, classroom aids, equipment, computer systems, networking, and more. As we progress in this objective, we may also take up more capital-intensive projects of physical infrastructure upgrades.

The process adopted for smart infrastructure upgrades is lean and agile. The MSU Vision 2020 governance team invites proposals from MSU Baroda Techo department heads, the Dean, student bodies, and other officials. After quick review, discussions with stakeholders, these projects will be approved, and funds allocated. The MSU Vision 2020 team will also help in sourcing bids and completing the work in record time. We will also ensure we have allocated adequate funds for a multi-year (typically 3 years) of maintenance for all projects.

The MSU Baroda Techo faculty will be able to ensure that their coursework can incorporate advanced hands-on lab work for the students to crystalize their learning.
